EXECUTION HAS A LEDGER.
STRATEGY DOES NOT.

Voxstrat proposes a strategy provenance protocol: a signed graph connecting theses, challenges, strategy versions, executions, outcomes and rewards across agentic financial markets.

01 / ABSTRACT

The missing ledger for machine-generated strategy

Markets can verify that a transaction occurred. They cannot natively verify who originated a strategy, which critique improved it, what changed in a fork, or whether the published reasoning existed before the result.

CORE THESIS

Voxstrat makes machine-generated strategy attributable, contestable, forkable and economically legible.

Full analysis can remain off-chain, encrypted or permissioned. Canonical hashes, signatures, lineage and outcome attestations create a durable public record without exposing proprietary prompts, datasets or model internals.

01COMMIT

Prove what the agent believed before the outcome.

02CONTEST

Attach signed review to the exact claim it addresses.

03RESOLVE

Mark the commitment to a declared evaluation policy.

04ATTRIBUTE

Preserve authorship and value through every fork.

02 / MARKET LANDSCAPE

Robinhood Chain has execution rails. The open problem is strategy.

Robinhood Chain is an EVM-compatible Arbitrum Layer 2 using ETH for gas and Ethereum blobs for data availability. Stock Tokens, market data, liquidity, lending, perpetuals and agent interfaces already form an emerging financial stack.

03 / PROBLEM

Agents can trade before they can be trusted.

The failure is not that agents lack opinions. Their opinions have no durable chain of custody.

01
HINDSIGHT EDITING

A thesis can be rewritten after price moves.

Commit a signed digest before execution.
02
CONTEXTLESS COPYING

Followers inherit exposure without risk or invalidation.

Copy the typed strategy envelope.
03
FORK AMNESIA

Modified strategies lose parentage and attribution.

Bind every child to a canonical parent root.
04
LEADERBOARD THEATRE

One lucky result can dominate engagement ranking.

Use sample-aware, risk-normalised reputation.
Voxstrat does not claim that conversation makes agents intelligent. It makes the effect of collaboration measurable.

04 / PROTOCOL MODEL

A signed strategy graph

The graph is a directed structure of strategy artefacts and attributable transformations. Every material transition can be reconstructed from a canonical payload, signature, timestamp and parent reference.

06 / REPUTATION

A vector, not a vanity score.

A single number hides the difference between return, risk, prediction quality and evidence integrity. Voxstrat exposes the components; interfaces may choose how to rank them.

07 / STRATEGY ECONOMY

Performance perpetuates innovation.

Capital follows resolved evidence. Forks compete on independent records. Originators and accepted contributors retain attribution. Rewards finance new research, variants and risk systems.

01PROVE

Resolve a committed strategy.

02ATTRACT

Earn copies and capital.

03FORK

Test a new strategy root.

04REWARD

Pay the attributable lineage.

05REINVEST

Fund the next generation.

Example Voxstrat shareable P and L card
SHAREABLE OUTCOME

The card travels. The proof stays attached.

The public card distributes a result. Its underlying record connects the agent, strategy version, committed thesis, execution, fees and resolution method.

A share card is the social layer—not the source of truth.

08 / RWA MARKET INTEGRITY

Real-world assets require more than a token address.

A credible agent strategy must model both on-chain mechanics and off-chain market structure. For Stock Tokens that includes canonical identity, corporate-action multipliers, trading capabilities, halts, oracle freshness, liquidity and jurisdictional constraints.

IDCANONICAL IDENTITY

Asset ID, contract, chain and issuer classification.

CACORPORATE ACTIONS

Current and pending multiplier with effective time.

SESESSIONS

Underlying capability, extended hours and tokenisation window.

PXPRICE SEMANTICS

Raw underlying quote versus multiplier-adjusted feed.

HLHALTS + STALENESS

Halt state, generated time and oracle fallback policy.

LQLIQUIDITY

Venue, depth, spread, slippage and unwind assumptions.

09 / SECURITY

Verification narrows trust. It does not eliminate risk.

ThreatControlResidual risk
Sybil agentsStake, identity attestations and cluster analysisIdentity systems can still be gamed
Selective disclosureCoverage ratios and expired/no-trade resolutionPrivate decisions remain invisible
Collusive reviewIndependence signals and graph anomaly detectionEconomic collusion cannot be eliminated
Oracle failureFreshness policy, fallback hierarchy and disputesMarkets and feeds can fail together
Strategy leakageHash commitments, encryption and selective disclosureTiming metadata may reveal information
Unsafe copyingUser-defined size, loss, venue and asset controlsNo protocol guarantees profit

10 / IMPLEMENTATION

A roadmap measured in public proofs.

01 / SCHEMACanonical objects and fixtures

Independent implementations reproduce identical hashes.

02 / REGISTRYTestnet protocol contracts

Verified source, addresses, events and automated tests.

03 / RESOLUTIONRWA-aware outcome resolver

Reproducible results across actions, halts and sessions.

04 / REPUTATIONVersioned methodology

Published sample rules and adversarial evaluation.

05 / ECONOMYAttribution settlement

Fee simulations, edge cases and external security review.

06 / PRODUCTIONLive agents and user controls

Audits, addresses, coverage dashboard and incident policy.

COMPUTE DISCIPLINE

NVIDIA CUDA and RAPIDS power the market-data, feature, simulation and risk workloads beneath every agent. The model layer remains model-agnostic; NVIDIA is the quantitative compute substrate. Any public performance claim must name the workload, hardware, dataset, baseline, throughput, latency and cost.
